About:

Having grown up in the San Diego punk scene, Austin developed a deep passion for songwriting, producing, recording and live performance. Recently graduated Berklee College of Music studying Contemporary Writing and Production, he expanded his appreciation for other genres including but not limited to R&B, hip-hop, and jazz fusion. As a drummer, bassist, and guitarist, Austin has geared his professional work toward producing, engineering, audio editing, songwriting and composing.

Austin’s philosophy towards all his endeavors involves a deep attention to detail. The goal behind all of his work revolves around leaving the listener with a lasting impression. Regardless of playing live on stage or mixing audio in the studio, he believes that it is his duty as an artist to capture the essence of human emotions through all aspects of music and sound.

Austin’s early professional work includes serving as a Junior Audio Editor Intern at AWE’s Music Daily, and as a Student Assistant Engineer at Berklee College of Music. Additionally, since 2018, Austin has been recording and releasing music independently under a variety of different projects including Ten Til Dawn, Eli Elliot, Jack Dice, Zaya Marz, and Austin Lara.
